The following list is a compilation of the 100 best kaiju monsters, mostly from movies. “Kaiju” is a Japanese word that literally means “strange beast” and is usually translated as “monster” in English. It’s commonly associated with media involving giant monsters, specifically the Godzilla franchise and similar movies.
